Cosmetic Surgery | Manhattan | New York City Medical information and patient information forms will be provided to you upon arrival at our office – please fill them out completely and carefully! You health and safety are our utmost concern – and an accurate medical history is an essential starting point for us. If you have insurance coverage, please bring your insurance card with you.

FEES

Payment for the initial consultations is due on the day of the visit. Aesthetic (cosmetic) surgery is usually not covered by insurance. Therefore, payment for these procedures must be received in full two weeks prior to the surgery. However, many non-aesthetic procedures may be at least partially paid by some health insurance plans. Please feel free to discuss this when making an appointment for your initial visit.

We do not participate with any insurance plans but will cooperate with you in obtaining the maximum benefits from your insurance policy, if applicable. Remember, however, that you are ultimately responsible for your bill.

Cosmetic Surgery | Manhattan | New York City Accepted methods of payment for surgery are certified personal checks, money orders, bank checks or cash. For your convenience, we also accept American Express, Discover, VISA and MasterCard. We also have a financing plan available especially oriented towards cosmetic plastic surgery. An estimate of the fees for any surgery will be given to you at the time of the initial consultation. Due to ever rising costs, the fee estimate will be honored for only six months from the time of the consultation.
